The Eastside Neighborhood Association has adopted the greenspace alongside the pathway connecting Union and 10th at Fairview. As part of the city’s Pathways Pilot, we are cleaning up and replanting this area.
Currently we’re clearing out brambles and brush to improve visibility. This fall we’ll be replanting with low-maintenance plants to make the area more attractive. We were awarded a neighborhood grant to purchase plants for this project. We are also accepting donations of plants.

The city’s public works department has plans to improve the surface and signs, although a timeline has not yet been established.
