Proposed Land Use Zoning Change – Along Eastside Street

Greetings,

At or after 6:30 p.m. on June 16th, the Olympia Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing regarding the land use zoning of the two Capitol View office blocks east of the Smith Building. Although formal notice of that hearing, including direct mailing to nearby property owners, probably will not be issued until next week, I wanted to be sure that you as a neighborhood representative had as much notice of this hearing as possible. The attached document provides a summary of the issue that will be presented to the Commission.
