NOTICE
2013 Capital City Marathon
Sunday May 19, 2013

  • 7:00 a.m. Marathon
  • 7:45 a.m. Half-Marathon
  • 8:00 a.m. 5-Mile Run

Every year we try to notify the neighborhood associations that are likely to be impacted by the running events held on Marathon weekend which is Sunday May 19, 2013. We would like those of you who may want to plan around the challenges of getting to and from (e.g. church, work etc.) your home to be able to do so. This year we are expecting about the same number of participants as last year and depending on the location of your home may cause some disruption. For those of you who are staying home, we encourage you to come out and watch the runners to cheer them on.

And for those of you who would like to volunteer, please check out our poster containing the volunteer information. We are in the process of getting our volunteers organized.
More information can be found on our website capitalcitymarathon.org. Thank you for your patience and support. Capital City Marathon 2013 Volunteer Info

P.S. If any of you have children who would like to participate in the Kids Run, please sign up. The run is Saturday May 18, 2013 at 4:00 pm at Heritage Park.
