The City of Olympia Parks, Arts and Recreation Department is seeking
suggestions for permanent names for three undeveloped parks:
1. A 37-acre neighborhood park/open space at 1500 Fir St NE between
Ethridge & Pine Avenues
2. A 4-acre future neighborhood park at 3111 21st Ave SE adjacent to
the Marie's Vineyard subdivision
3. A 2.32-acre future neighborhood park at 2415 Burbank Ave NW adjacent
to the Deer Run Apartments
The attached flyer has a map of all three park sites as well as all of
the information on how to submit suggestions. Please pass on this
information to your neighbors - this is a great way to play a small role
in Olympia's history. Thanks!
