Are you thinking of holding garage sale this summer? The ENA helps neighbors hold a neighborhood wide one every year.
The 2015 garage sale will be held on Saturday, July 18th, 2014, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Please let us know if you are going to participate. We will be creating a map of the neighbors holding one on that day.
We will also try and get PSA (shout outs) on local radio and news.
Finally we will have all of the ENA signs out the week before letting people know it is happening!
The Capital City marathon is passing through our neighborhood again this year. This information provided by organizers;

Meet up at Lions park for an afternoon of hanging with the bros and cleaning up the surrounding area.
Group size should be 5-20 people. All ages. Gloves/garbage bags/buckets/grabbers provided.
Participants invited but not required to dinner and drinks afterward.
Native Plant Sale is coming up on March 7th from 10am-3pm
There will be great educational workshops including topics such as attracting pollinators, how to grow edible mushrooms and a rain garden workshop! Taylor Shellfish and the Henderson Community Shellfish farm will also be providing free shellfish tasting!
This is also a great volunteer opportunity!
